I've been lurking this thread for about a year. here to post some cats: Maui (Girlfriend's Cat):       Lovey (Girlfriends Cat):       Kobe (Not named after Kobe Bryant, one of my dads oldest friend's cat):   Cash (One of my best friend's cat):   I've never actually been able to be owned by my own kitty because my mom is pretty allergic to cats. So instead I surround myself with friends who have cattes and I basically just go play with my friends cats. I also volunteer at the local pet shelter with the kitties.

my dog boyfriend!!! posted:you cattes are fat. fix that. hth first of all they arent mine, i just wish they were. and they have been on diet food for about a year, and they just don't lose their weight for some reason. they both gained a ton of weight when they moved houses and I guess they never recovered. they can both hunt pretty efficiently so we think that they have been supplementing their diet food with animals.

There were two young boys in the shelter I volunteered at that came in together (they werent brothers) but had to be separated while they were in the adoptable area because they kept humping each other. They got adopted by a lesbian couple.

I took Charlie Kitty in to the vet today for the free after adoption visit. He's in good health, I guess his eyelids got completely rebuilt when he was younger and so we have to be careful about his eyes watering too much or grossly. I noticed that he is a bit crosseyed as well, and he bobs his head when he's looking around. The vet also heavily implied that he was retarded.

I met a new catte today, I don't know who it is: This is my bosses kitty. Him name Jerry:  This is Oppa. We get her(?) in 3-4 weeks:  Oppa's half Abyssinian, half alley cat. Right when we got there they had started putting this cat named gizmo into one of the crates. he had just gotten back from a foster home where he had been in recovery from eyelid surgery (dude was born without eyelids, so they just kind of stitched some on him). we aasked to see him before he got put into a kennel and fell in love with him.
