my Aunt used to have an outside cat that would come indoors during the winter and for baths. her name was Orca and at 30+ pounds was so fat that her stomach dragged on the floor but she could run and jump just fine. no idea how many mice you have to eat for that to happen

Orca also couldn't meow. i don't know if it was because she was so drat fat or what but if she wanted pets or food she'd stare at you and "ACK! AACK ACK!"

there is no gene for calico/tortoiseshell/tricolor cat fur. the pattern is produced by multiple color genes fighting to express themselves and different ones win out on different parts of the cat. this happens randomly so each calico cat is unique, if you cloned one it would come out looking different
