Forgive me YOSPOS for I have sinned. I have a cat and I have not posted the pictures. In my defense, the reason for this was that I made a rule for myself that I wouldn't post in this thread until I had read the entire thing from start to finish. I started around this time last year, and I finally got to the end. It's been a helluvah ride and nearly 172,000 posts later, I'm ready to contribute. I have to say the last couple of months worth of posts have been particularly tough. the cool cats who left us this year. I hope the following pictures of my own class A shithead will help boost morale around here. Now given how long it has taken to actually get through this thread, I now have a unique opportunity. You see, my cat was born in August last year, some months after I started reading this thread. So the following dump of photos will be of him from day 1 when we brought him home in November up until now (more or less). YOSPOS will be able to watch some stop motion photography of his growth from squeaky kitten to surly teenage shitbird. Without further ado, allow me to introduce Echo: PS3 controller for scale. I think this is within the first month of him coming home. excellent cat distractor. BEEEENS Obviously around Christmas last year. A helpful catte. But a derp catte. Echo that is not how you sit. He does this all the time. You pet him and he'll groom you. Anti-gravity cat and I can't be arsed fixing the orientation. *faaaaaaaart* I hope you have enjoyed my 48 picture presentation of Echo - A shithead catte. I intend to post more as and when I get more suitable pictures.

duckfarts posted:please don't let this have a 2015 ending to this story It doesn't. It's just that Echo likes to hide in the couch too. Luckily we discovered this before anything bad happened. The closest we have been to a 2015 story was Echo munching lilies behind my wife's back a few weeks ago and the stupid poo poo ending up with a belly full of charcoal and us with a big vet bill.

Cross posting from PYF. I thought I was posting here and got confused. drat codeine. I forgot I had this picture. Here is one of Jet, my childhood/teen cat. I think he's 14 this year. With each passing year he gives less of a gently caress and slides into cranky old man phase and does whatever the gently caress he wants. Mostly sitting on laps and stealing poo poo off the kitchen counter. Sorry for not posting this albino flooflord earlier.

He's the smartest loving cat I've ever known and cool as hell. One time my mum had a bunch of apples soaking in the kitchen sink. He was sitting there batting at them as they bobbed away in the water. I picked out one apple by the stem and showed it to him. He observed this, and then used his teeth to pick up his own apple by the stem and pulled it out of the sink. He also knew how doors worked. We were just lucky he couldn't get enough purchase on the doorknobs in our house to rotate them or nothing would have been safe. I also found this one of my other childhood cat Minty: She is a slut and greedy little butterball.

Echo has been hanging off the screen door at the back of the house begging to go outside for the last couple of days so my wife finally caved and took him for a walk around the backyard for some bird watching:
