I received Esteban's Sombrero today in the mail.

Inside the box is:

-a miniature luxury hat box. Seriously, I have seen $1000+ hats come in crappier boxes than this, it's just smaller.
-the Sombrero itself is also of nicer build quality and materials than really expensive "real" sombreros I have seen, not like the $20 party store ones, but like the $400 tourist place ones that are pretty heavy.
-a personalized thank you card, asking for pictures of Esteban all dressed up, and how happy she (the lady) is that I care about my cat.
-leopard print tissue paper.
-a catalog
-another card explaining that if the chin strap (with tensioner) isn't long enough, I can email her and she'll express ship me another one, or I can send the whole thing back to her and she'll re-engineer the strap.

It's so they can type "sterilized" instead of having to remember which gender gets neutered and which gets spayed.
