my cat would rip those off until her claws bled and was destroying furniture/walls so we had to get her front-declawed she hasn't cared at all and was back to normal when we picked her up right after the surgery. couldn't even tell she had it. she is happier without the front claws because they don't get caught on crap and she'll actually play with her toys now. i am a monster. i don't give a gently caress.

i got my cat declawed i tried the caps she would rip them off until her nails bled i tried trimming she would slice me open while trimming we did the surgery (front only) she was back to normal by the time we brought her home and she's happier than ever because she doesn't get her claws stuck on her toys so she can actually play with them i may be horrible but she hasn't been happier
