He’s talking about large screens for movies, not calibrated desktop monitors. And he’s right, LED TVs have not matched the IQ of the old high-end Pioneer plasmas yet, even though they are much more "modern" from a technological standpoint. Feel free to open a thread in the A/V arena if you don’t believe it.
