I've gone though several mice, and use the hell out of them. Between home and work I've had an MS explorer, MS Optical, MX518, Wave, tried the Revolution and returned it, and I now have the the Logitech Performance MX. They were all great (sans the wave), but the Performance MX is distinctly better. Terrific feel + ergonomics cannot be understated. Also, great battery life, no docking station OR separate battery charger, Unified receiver, etc. Very minor squabble (to me anyway), but you will probably much have to give up useful lateral scrolling -- the wheel's ~1/8 inch too short for it. Amortizing the cost of $90 even over the 3 years or so I keep most mice (shorter than most I'd imagine), the comfort it provides will alone be worth $2.50 a month. punkrawk fucked around with this message at 00:40 on Jan 10, 2010 |
