bought that allen carr book, really don't like the idea of 'self-help' books. am dubious.

He tells you to keep smoking while you read, and about halfway through you almost want to flip to the end just so you can stop smoking. didn't like how the first 5th of the book was testimonials and back-patting. i like the idea behind it, but i guess that i read it too fast or whatever? didn't seem to take at all. still smoking. i'm going to reread it later and see if it sticks the second time around.
