I'm not quitting at the moment, but I have gone through bouts of it before.

I heard one statistic that relapse is most likely in the first three months. Whenever I try to quit, I just keep telling myself that no matter how "easy" it feels, I haven't really quit until I hit 3 months. It helps me stay strong and not let my guard down.

But yeah, usually it's those "other" life factors that bring me back to smoking.
