Hot drat, found this guy in the 8-bit thread but he basically uses Gameboys to make some great house/electro. The Lo-Bit Bassment series is fantastic. This one in particular is great https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aqe6MtLEyJc AccountSupervisor fucked around with this message at 08:22 on Nov 11, 2012 |

slogsdon posted:New M Machine track is a pretty big departure from Metropolis, but I'm totally into it: Theyve got these two tracks out too. https://soundcloud.com/themmachine/the-m-machine-pluckpluck https://soundcloud.com/themmachine/the-m-machine-dont-speak I caught them recently with Glitch Mob and while this definitely a change from Metropolis, the way they weave these new tracks with their Metropolis stuff together in their latest set is unbelievably good.

So I saw The M Machine at Output in Brooklyn last night and there were maybe by the middle of their set, 30 people in the crowd(it was a Wednesday at 1:30am). By the end, around 3am, there were maybe 15 people left over. The set was absolutely amazing and intimate, then at the end they brought out Chrome Sparks(amazing guy, he opened with M Machine and Glitch Mob on the LDI tour) and he started spinning some Sirismo. It was kind of magical, and considering the last few shows Ive been to have just been packed to the brim and the crowds kind of...eh, it was kind of a rare moment that Im going to cherish forever.
