I just finally bit the bullet and purchased actual photoshop cc, it worked good the first day but now the second time using it I'm having issues with it using my tablet monitor. If I'm zoomed in enough on the image that the scroll bar pops up to let me move around it and I draw to draw/erase/etc a line with my stylus, instead it will scroll up and down the image instead. Looking at the toolbar when it happens it isn't switching to the hand tool or anything when I click and if I just tap the stylus quickly instead of dragging it or use it zoomed out all the way so it's fit to screen, it doesn't scroll. Is this a normal problem?? I tried restarting everything and it still happens. Doesn't happen at all in clip studio paint.
