Why do freepers like to talk about Munich and compare Chamberlain and Churchill? Chamberlain peacefully let some of Czechoslovakia get annexed by the Nazis/Hungarians/Poles and the rest become a puppet state. Churchill peacefully let some of Czechoslovakia get annexed by the USSR and the rest become a puppet state.

This isn't the worst misconception they have though.

Did anyone else read A Clergyman's Daughter by Orwell? All that poo poo reminds me of the private-school owner's rant to the main character about what she should be teaching in that. Also of course Gradgrind in Dickens' Hard Times.
