I honestly think that Hyundai has taken over the roles that Honda and Toyota have played in the past; value-packed vehicles that compete with vehicles thousands of dollars more expensive.

All I have to say on this topic is that I haven't really been impressed with anything Honda in a couple years, Toyota in at least a decade but within the past year or two Ford has surprised the poo poo out of me. I have never wanted a Ford more (especially a Mustang or Focus).

Makes me want to find a good S1 Elise and store it for the future. Holy poo poo. Am I the only one that's very confused between the 5 "E" models and how they differ? I like Lotus' new design language but I feel as if they don't vary enough between separate models. Although, that being said, I love the looks of the Elite.

I can see why some people don't like the looks of the new Mustang but I say you all are blind There won't be any competition from Toyota. I almost guarantee it. IF it makes it to production, it'll be severely watered down, bland, cost more than projected and probably be a Scion (not that it should matter), because it would be a complete contradiction of what Toyota is trying to market the Scion brand as if their sportiest vehicle wore a Toyota badge. travisray2004 fucked around with this message at 19:00 on Oct 14, 2010 |
