Annath posted:1. What service or tool should I use to create this? I may be jumping ahead here but if you do end up doing just plain HTML, maybe look at using Amazon S3 for hosting. It should be pretty low cost per month for this use case. If you just want a plain site and don't necessarily care about doing all the HTML yourself, maybe Google Sites? I'm pretty sure they're free, and they support custom domains.
