I'm late to the table but Twelve Forever was good. It's a very strong guide to keeping your inner child alive, and I wish I'd had a series like that growing up. It's straightforward for the first few episodes but really takes off by the halfway point.

Based on this thread, looks like there's not gonna be a season 2? Shame, wish it'd had better.
