 Someone help me out here. I remember being a kid in the mid 90s, and there was a show on cartoon network where the main character was some computer nerd, who got powers from his computer...the character he turned into was a guy in a red jumpsuit, either an ! or lighting bolt on his head, and hair sraight up. I cannot for the life of me remember this character.

 THANK YOU! That bugged me so badly, haha. This kid at work stumpled into a room, with his hair looking like that, but i couldn't draw the conclusion.
