Ruin and Preservation in Mistborn. Sazed has both shards now.
There are two Shards in Elantris. We dont see them but Brandon has made some comments about them.

Sweden here. Could not buy it from amazon a couple of days ago. Release date was early 2013. But I could get it from dragonmounts store.
And today i saw that i can buy it from amazon.
