They don't have to be approved if it's on a song you uploaded, and they get approved fairly quickly if it's on a song that was uploaded by someone else. Speaking of that, being able to sort my uploaded songs by artist and album instead of just by song title would be nice, down the road.

If all of the songs in album abcd are either removed or have their album tag changed, then there will be no songs in album abcd. However, album abcd still comes up when you search for "abc", and you can still click on that link to be greeted with the album page and an empty list of songs. It doesn't seem to have any real downside aside from clogging up searches, though.
