Completely ignoring gameplay bugs, I cannot fathom why a person would willingly donate this time. Sending out broken ps3 codes days after they can just be bought from the store, spending weeks "trying" to "fix" them, going radio silent, then a couple months later saying "whoops our support system is poo poo and we lost track of everyone's complaints you'll need to start again but we're super seriously trying this time no really".

Then the KS exclusive ball skins that you had to kick in more for or miss out on forever? Hahaha just kidding everyone gets them for free now no refunds.

To our iOS users, we apologize for the delay, but Apple is currently delaying our latest release due to a question they have raised in regards to our option to pre-purchase tables in a Season. The latest release was rejected because the Season 3 Pass is offering content that is not yet available, whereas they're recommending that content should be immediately available after purchasing. Obviously this has been something that we have been doing for awhile and something that they have approved in the past, so we're trying to work through the misunderstanding with them. To those who have already purchased a Season 3 Pass on iOS, your Pass is not in an any danger. This issue will cause anywhere from a few hour delay to some days, we're hard at work trying to resolve this issue with Apple as soon as possible. Thank you so much for your patience in this regard!

Dear Metallica Pinball fans,

Stern Pinball has posted new Metallica code Version 1.5 for all models. This code contains numerous game play enhancements including “Crank It Up” modes and the “End Of The Line” wizard mode.

In addition Metallica held an online contest allowing fans to select 2 new songs which will be incorporated into our game. The contest was completed on Monday. We will start programming these songs into the game immediately and in a few weeks we will release another update that integrates these songs into the game.

Planetary Pinball, Chicago Gaming and Stern Pinball announce Specialty Manufacturing Arrangement

CHICAGO, IL – MAY 14, 2014 – Planetary Pinball Supply (“PPS”), Chicago Gaming Company (“CGC”) and Stern Pinball, Inc. (“SPI”), today announced a specialty manufacturing arrangement pursuant to which SPI will make its manufacturing facility available to PPS and CGC to assemble their remake of the Medieval Madness (“MMR”) pinball game.

CGC, which has a long-standing business relationship with SPI, will assemble the game for PPS in SPI’s factory using SPI’s factory labor and production line assets. The game will be assembled with parts supplied by CGC which consist of original WMS specification parts combined with the new electronics and lighting systems designed by CGC. Final prep, packaging and shipment will be from CGC facility in Cicero, IL.

“We think this arrangement provides the best solution to insure the timely delivery of a high quality game for our customers who wish to own this legendary title” said Rick Bartlett, President of PPS.

“We have a long-standing relationship with SPI and its high capacity manufacturing operation will allow us to complete the MMR games in a timely fashion,” added Doug Duba, President of CGC.
