I've only watched the first and last seasons of Eureka so far and most of Warehouse 13, but since they're both in the same universe, do they ever mention or reconcile Carl Carlson and Artie Neilsen being the same person?

I was browsing through my OnDemand channels and holy poo poo where did Mercury Men come from? It's on the Syfy channel apparently but this is the first I've ever heard of it and it's awesome. Was it a web series or something?
