It uses an LG-made IPS Black panel (~2000:1 contrast ratio) at a resolution of 6144x3456. There's a 32" Apple display that's 6016x3384, so it seems nobody can settle on a single standard for what "6K" means.

You see, the Apple display is 6K (kilopixel) and the LG display is 6Ki (kibipixel)
