As far as I can gather, continuing the Dilmun Club storyline requires being a govenor/going through the foreign office... which you can't do unless you're banished from court? (I want to check out those tigers, but I don't want to get banished just yet.)

The fact that my persuasive is 214 instead of 215 is still bugging me, but the viric dreams make me glad I decided to get back to the game again this year.
