Possibly stupid question: Does G Gundam count as a "real robot" show or a Super Robot show? Because it sure as hell runs on BURNING SPIRIT and all that.

Why. Why did it have to end like that. I mean you go back and watch the start of episode 1 and 2 and Kouji pretty much dies to The Great Emperor of Darkness. Or at least Mazinger Z is in dire straits and Kouji is unconscious while the Great Emperor is standing in front of him.

Which I guess is where Great Mazinger comes in? I dunno. Also welcome to the club of people who wish it didn't end on a cliffhanger that badly
