Would you recomend it for some one really short (5ft even). I've been looking for a new chair since I'm working from home now.

I'm 5'3", I think it'd probably be fine for you but that depends on your back-of-butt to back-of-knee measurement. Definitely will want to get a footrest if you don't have one already--the chair will probably adjust low enough for your feet to touch the ground, but depending on your desk height and stuff it's much easier to have good posture with a footrest in my short person experience.

Thanks for the tips. I'll look into a proper footrest then.
