I totally agree with what jonathan said. I am a huge fan of pioneer receivers if you want good entry lvl 7.1 id go with the VSX-1020-K from pioneer. Usually they are the last years elite line that's been re-badged to a non elite. Ive setup alot of receivers and id say that Denon is by far the most pain in the rear end to configure/operate. Plus the stupid things like the ipod cable attachment right in the front is awesome. My dads got a set of Klipsch f3's with a c3 center and b3 rears and holy crap are they loud. Best bang for your buck if you want really lout speakers to :rock:
