Curious if the rebels have been trying to conduct a psyops campaign, inventing stories of Gaddafi family member arrests. Hopefully it's true they (and not the gov) took Libyan TV offline and that is why Saif is only appearing on international networks. Credibly of the NTC is a bit suspect as they try and explain the situation on AJE.
