Its loving awesome, and yeah the Big Boy is still there, static display, because even if somehow they did come up with the several million $ to restore it, they'd have to build an excursion specifically for it... I was blown away by the size and sheer mass of that vehicle when I visited in 1998. Did my best to capture it:
