Also from that link that im_sorry posted, Mongolia is pretty amazing, heavy instrumentals, 5 tracks, really loving good. Again it's a demo, and I hope they get signed soon because that would be a shame if they went unnoticed.

The Heavy Eyes, very 70's bluesy stoner metal. The bandcamp EP is very rough, they really emphasize that point lol. If they sound this good on a rough recording I can't wait to hear a properly produced album.

I come bearing gifts. HUNTERS - You can listen to their whole album streaming here. Brvtal, fast, heavy, sludge. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1iMzbys1HAk And Romero, kinda Baroness-y. Their 7" is available for the low low price of FREE, but if you feel it's worth more then you can pay whatever you like.

I said it in the Metal thread and I'll say it here, Creature Lives is my favorite song on the new album. It's just so different from what they normally do. I hope that they trend more in that direction on future albums. I could listen to that song on repeat and not get sick of it.

I don't get the Mastodon hate. I like everything they've put out so far including the latest release. I like when a band progresses each album, it seems like a natural thing for a band like them. Kylesa is sorta doing the same thing and it seems like Baroness' next album might be a bit different than their last.

Yeah I don't get all the hate for the new HoF album. It's probably my favorite along with Blessed Black Wings. It's miles better than Snakes. It's a diverse album in my opinion and has quite a few stand out tracks. I was hesitant at first when I heard Fertile Green, thinking it was going to be one chugging song after another, but there are some nice breaks. It's really good. EDIT - nuncle jimbo posted:I think the first two tracks are two of the weakest, which is really strange because high on fire usually starts an album by kicking you in the balls and face.
