That interview with Premo is fantastic, I watched the whole thing a while back.

Been on a run lately looking for new music. A lot of good homemade HD video is starting to pop up on Youtube. 5% or so of what I look at from unknown artists is high quality.

I located the ZRO "Found God" mixtape and uploaded it for all the people that were asking for a complete, non torrent link: http://www.filesonic.com/file/850823724

I like 2DBZ a lot as far as national rap blogs go. They are doing it right. Fresh Selects (frshslcts.net) is my regional favorite cause they push Northwest/Portland hip hop.

Dat Piff is just highly annoying to navigate or download from, it's my last resort as a rule. (Are you reading this? Make your site less annoying).

El-P is buzzing on twitter about some new leaks coming from his current projects, I guess he's working on like 3 albums right now? Praying for Cannibal Ox part 2, myself.

Oh yeah and I found this singer Heather Victoria who is really good at hooks and R&B and stuff. Check her out if you need some smooth.

New Death Grips mixtape is out. If anyone is interested in something a bit different, I recommend checking this out. Their server is getting hammered right now, but you can listen on soundcloud here

Not much is known about this project, just that Zach Hill (insane drummer from hella) is a part of it. You can always expect something a bit out of the ordinary with him, and this is no exception.

Major WTFAWESOME alert on this one. Never heard anything like it. Don't even know what to say. Love it.

Ha ha, that DJ Squeeky tape is raw! Gotta love a cassette rip.

The uploader has a bunch more mid 90s Memphis tapes too, like this Squeeky track:

Tom Skee Mask - Niggas Watch Your Back (1994)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q7MhKVWSFQw&feature=related

And something produced by Gimi Sum that reminds me of the jazz-horror Three 6 Mafia sound, I'm really feeling this dusty vibe:

Big Hill - North Memphis Nigga (1994) (Let The Bass Come In...)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RTROHRlEwk8

These tracks are super slow, like 63-68 BPM! You'd have to speed this up a fair amount to match it to modern crunk/drumstep/whathaveyou.

+1 for Stalley. I've been digging for a lot of new tunes lately and he's one of the ones that impressed me.

Another underground gem I discovered: A.M from Philly, this track produced by Christian Nduka:

It's a one-off but there's an instrumental album of Aceyalone's A Book of Human Language by Mumbles, "A Book of Human Beats".

Just put on your local Top 40 station and play whatever has a copious amount of autotune in it.

Yep, every single time I look up what my roommates are partying to it's in the top 40 pop, urban or club list. Just get a couple of "April 2011 Billboard charts" mixes.

Tip: For maximum crowd response, increase volume and/or rewind anything with an excessive amount of Autotune on verses (entirely Autotune-free verses are no longer available), or anything that is 100% hook.

My bad, I guess it's region specific. Black screen with copyright info for me, no video.
