After seeing this thread extol the virtues of the Angry Lady for so long, I was finally able to find some here in my country. Tried this out with some congee and really enjoyed it.

I just wanted to ask what particular product this is. I see there are several versions of the sauce and I wanted to be sure which one I had.



E: this sauce should be fine to store without refrigeration right?
