GrAviTy84/anyone else- I'm new to trying to cook chinese and was wondering what cut of pork to get for the shredded pork with garlic sauce? I'm guessing tenderloin? My roommate has one of those gas fryers for home brewing and I have a wok so I'm hoping to really get some serious heat going.
