Anybody else noticing uptime issues with nzbs.org? It's not usable at the moment. By the way, what's a good consensus for an alternative should the worst happen with nzbs.org? NZBclub and binsearch seem like a step down, so I'm looking for some more robust choices.

In terms of naming of files on Usenet, such as Linux distributions: What is the difference between Linux.LatestUbuntuVersion.RP.iso and Linux.LatestUbuntuVersion.iso without RP? The two copies are uploaded mere hours apart.
