I don't want to do that as it's kind of scummy to 'hit and run'. I set this up a while back, but when one of my files finishes in uTorrent, it kicks off a script that removes the file, then moves it, then launches a renaming program. So far it has been working well. I didn't see a way at the time (or missed it) for a seed ration. Shoot me a PM if you want me to get you more details after work.
