I started to really get into chiptune this past summer and have been slowly building up my collection since. My absolute favorite album thus far is Danimal Cannon's "Roots" which is easily worth the $10 I spent when it was released last month: http://danimalcannon.bandcamp.com/ (You might know Danimal from his other bands/projects Metroid Metal, Armcannon, and Weaponex.
