I don't know if this is the best place to ask, but I didn't want to start a whole thread. I'll be driving across Canada (Ottawa to Vancouver) soon. I've got our route planned out and it'll take five days barring any problems. Here's what we're packing: -GPS and paper maps, printed directions and addresses and phone numbers of our hotels -Cell phones -Clothes/toileteries -First Aid Kit -Roadside Emergency Kit (jumper cables, flashlight, tools, etc) -Gas Can, replacement fluids for car (oil, transmission fluid) -Cooler with food and water -Power Inverter for the cigarette lighter to plug in a laptop or anything else -CAA Membership I think I'm prepared for everything, is there anything else that might come in handy?
