It is a kind of Jack Thompson argument. Maybe that is why the other poster mentioned taint? I mean, Jack Thompson got the kind of super-enraged reaction that you'll get when you say something that might be used as an argument for taking away manchildren's(and children's) toys. For all their rage, it's the multi-billion dollar industry's lobbyists and lawyers that keep anything from going beyond Joe Lieberman's pet project.
