I've run into some limitations of iMovie (can't export 60fps if the source is bigger than 1080p, forced 16:9 crop rectangle) so I'm looking for a replacement. The video editing I do is pretty light, just trimming and cropping 60fps game recordings down to small shareable clips. Does anyone have a recommendation for a (preferably free) video editor?

Somehow I trimmed, cropped, and exported video but my 5 second clip somehow has an extra two hours added on now. But it is 60fps so this will work, thanks!
