Very disappointed with the trade in process on my old MacBook Air. I got quoted $350 which Apple then revised to $80 after receiving the device due to hardware configuration differences. Like what the gently caress apple I gave you the serial number how do you not know what the hardware config is? Well gently caress them I'm making them send it back.
