This is what you need to be focusing on right here. If not having kids is a dealbreaker for him, you guys need to break up, seriously. You might change your mind and you might not, and if he's banking on you changing your mind, it's not fair to either of you to stay together. As scary as breaking up with him sounds, it's going to be like ripping off a bandaid compared to the multiple compound fracture that is the years-of-resentment breakup. Resume derail.
