A big reason why I switched from Chrome to Firefox in the first place was because I read a piece about how Chrome was eventually going to change how it allows adblocking to no longer work (or not work as well as it does) with consumer-level browsers, which sort of makes sense if you're Google and adblocking is cutting into your own business. Is the spectre of that still looking over Chrome? Would that also apply to anything else based on Chrome (Chromium?)
