 Is it normal in Korea that stories such as this are published in a web format? It seems to be quiet a bit above your regular web comic. What i am asking is: Why is this not published in Books/Magazines?

I have just caught up and i have to say it was better than i expected. It seems to be a notch better than a regular shonen.
