Get thine rear end in the discord, we post tons of good new poo poo (and also bad new poo poo) in there like daily, and as an added bonus there's other fun discussions too like sharing and comparing our experiences with ear wax removal

You know what one of my fondest memories was in this thread?

When that one guy posted In Flames' latest single a couple years ago, and said something along the lines of "holy poo poo they're back, this is an old-school banger" or some sort and it was probably one of their worst songs ever and everyone got pissed because they fell for it, myself included. I still laugh whenever I think of that post.

Hahaha, I think that was me. If these forums die, I'm glad I did one good post.

Good luck to you, I know you believe in hell

My favorite post in metal thread was a dude who searched Spotify for Ash Borer and it suggested Ērear end bonerĒ instead

Must have been like 10 years ago and I barely even read this thread, I donít know why I remember that and how itís still so funny to me

I think the In Flames track was The End, and it was not too long after I reg'd. That poo poo was hilarious, that song is complete and total rear end.

I'm still not totally sure how In Flames ended up featuring on a D&B/rock album. (Steven Wilson makes slightly more sense, since they're both British acts?)

Been listening to Finntroll lately and forgot how great they are. They managed to make folk metal that sounds dark and mischievous, but a lot of fun as well.

Also, there's a new album on the horizon which is gonna use a lot more old-school synths and speed.

And some random tracks for fun. They have so many good songs.

finntroll is cool. i read all of henri sorvaliís recent blog posts on the recording of their new album and learned that the 1996 korg n364 is apparently the ultimate folk/pagan metal synthesizer. kinda want to buy myself one now but they still command $1000 on eBay
