 Has anyone caught the newish show "Metal Evolution" on VH-1 Classic? It is an expansion of the documentary A Headbangers Journey. The host is a Canadian headbanging sociologist. I was unaware of the European power metal scene, besides Malmstein, and they did a whole episode on the genre recently. I have been listening to Nightwish an embarrasing amount of time since hearing them on the show. Any suggestions of other big power metal groups to check out?
