The TNA match was the first in the United Arab Emirates, but there were women on at least one mid-'80s WWF tour of the Middle East, at least on the shows in countries that would allow it. (Per Gama Singh, they wore tracksuits and accompanied wrestlers to the ring in the countries that didn't.) But good luck finding results. There's a guy in Kuwait uploading a ton of old wrestling from Kuwaiti TV to YouTube, but most of it is repurposed American footage with just a few matches from Kuwait so far: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=channel?UCgGoQ9oVSFQNF9N9Ut9uEiA
