Except everything he says seems to make total sense regarding the way TNA is booked. It's time to let the inmate run the asylum, re-hire Steiner and give him the book!

I don't think we've ever gotten a look at a legit salary breakdown for WWE wrestlers, but the guaranteed money for JTG and other NXT/Superstars guys can't be that high and it's not like he's receiving any cut of merchandising revenue whatsoever. poo poo, they don't even put him in the video games anymore, which is a very nice paycheck from what people were saying when Jericho got left out.

I think guys in that position depend on the usually generous Wrestlemania payout to make sticking with WWE worthwhile. The longer you're there and mis-used, the less you probably hope to be pushed and given something to do and start breaking things down on a cost-benefit analysis level. Since he's not on TV, has no real hopes of being used on TV, and didn't get the money he was expecting, I can see how he would be pissed off and thinking of plying his trade elsewhere to make a living. Not sure it's the best decision, but I understand it.

JTG should look on the bright side. His WM payout may be down, but social media metrics are up up UP!

The greatest thing Lashley ever did was feud with Simon Dean. I desperately want that feud to be recreated with Ryback so he can eat the platter of burgers rather than ominously glaring at it.

Because he is employed by ROH, which is owned by Sinclair Broadcasting, and as a public representative of the company (and the champion no less), everything he says reflects upon the company, especially on a public medium like Twitter. He had the freedom to show everyone what a bigot he is, and Sinclair has the freedom to tell him to cut it the gently caress out or he'll be unemployed.

The fact that it took this long for him to "cross a line" or to be disciplined excuses nothing he's said in the past. If anything they probably should have taken him to task a lot sooner and definitely not make him the champion of the whole company.

I'm glad we've regressed to the point where retards don't even understand what freedom of speech means. The noble bigot Jay Briscoe was escorted to the gulag by Obama's anti-speech army the second he posted his Tweet. RIP.

ROH needs to take the title off of him ASAP and put it on noted hero Matt Hardy, who saved a schoolbus full of kids from wrecking.

Briscoe was forced to do nothing. By all means he could have stood by his words and refused to apologize, and by all means he could have been fired for doing so. He decided making money was more important than standing by his lovely opinion. No one forced him to do anything.

I can't tell if Big E Langston is really into My Little Pony or if he's just kidding, hoping it's the latter.

Dirt sheets are loving retarded. Carlito's gimmick is bring a "body guy" now and he regularly makes fun of people who have bodies like he used to. He also takes the time to apologize to people who tweet him and said he had a great match, promising to remove exciting and athletic moves from his arsenal in order to be a better body guy.

Everyone is in on the joke in TNA except Dixie Carter. Bischoff even encouraged Nash to go back to WWE and get his big payday. They'll all do it eventually, Meltzer was talking about how Hogan isn't exactly shy about letting people know he wants his last match to be at Wrestlemania.

Tato

TNA is really the ideal place to take a rest and heal up after the WWE schedule. You'll get paid, you don't have to perform that often, and 99.9% of the WWE audience has no idea TNA exists, so when you come back they'll think you haven't wrestled in years and be very excited.

Real American hitting during the Royal Rumble would make people flip their poo poo.

Tato

DIRECTIVE 236: Promote pro-social values
Yeah, Hogan will always get a monster pop when he returns, there's no way he wouldn't. It's just that the pop only lasts a night or two, so you shouldn't be stupid and put a title on him like WWE did after Wrestlemania 18, because the crowd will get bored of him as soon as he actually starts wrestling.

Wasn't that Waltman's role when was there as the 1-2-3 Kid? I remember reading once, maybe here, that he'd be put against new guys, guys they were thinking of giving pushes to, etc. with the logic being that if you couldn't have a good match with him you probably sucked.

Apparently that was the opinon of The Kliq. They totally poo poo on Shane Douglass because he had a bad match with Waltman. Of course, they could have just been huge assholes just looking for a reason to be assholes.

I feel like this is Christian's role these days. If you can't have a by the numbers decent match with Christian, you might be a bad wrestler. His ECW match with Ryder tricked me into thinking Ryder could be something in the ring someday.

Yeah, but still, it's Jake Roberts. I think the progress he's made has been great, but that doesn't erase his entire history or make it any less likely that he might relapse in the future. I would love to see Jake in the rumble, but I also understand why a publicly traded, TV-PG company would not want to put someone in the Royal Rumble who can also be seen smoking crack in a documentary freely available on Netflix.

All I want is for Shamrock to come out, scream that he's in THE ZONE, belly to belly some guys, beat up the referees, then get hit in the stomach and start coughing up blood. All the greatest hits in like 60 seconds. I absolutely loved Shamrock as a kid for some reason, I was convinced he really was the most dangerous man in the world. His ankle lock is still the best, he screamed and acted like he really wanted to rip someone's leg off instead of just kinda locking it in like Angle/Swagger. He ruled in No Mercy too.

Too bad he's an insane goober who is convinced WWE and Triple H have a conspiracy against him.
