Interestingly, the use of "should" legally means it's not mandatory. For civilians that makes some sense, but I'm surprised the the uniformed individuals aren't required.

Yeah in my Crossfit classes we get told to keep our heels down even on air squats, but those are also to prep for weighted squats. That picture does. It make it clear what they're doing, though since most people do have their heels down.
