While we're talkin Cheetah's can someone explain to me why when Beretta made the Browning BDA 380, they took a Cheetah, gave it a normal ejection port without the exposed barrel (for Gtab perhaps?) but then put on the worst feature: slide mounted safety. ??

Man, that Type M sure has a chunky grip for a single stack. Seems to be it has all of the disadvantages of a double stack for carry (girth) and none of the advantages (capacity).

Is there anything inherently wrong with a no-suffix or "pre-b" cheetah? Conversely does the lack of a FPB improve the trigger like on a CZ?

This one is a possibility, I guess. Thing is I traded my Beretta to get my two-tone P220 back so I'd have something to put my upcoming .45 can on, and now I have a threaded Beretta barrel and an upcoming 9mm can that both have nothing to go on.

They had them for months you snooze you lose :colbert: :v:

Wilson Combat is now selling G10 grips for the 92/96 in an ultra-thin grip profile. I have a feeling I would really love these, but at the same time I'm not sure I dislike factory grips or my existing Wilson G10's enough to drop $80+ on them right now. I suppose I'll pick some up to try eventually when I've got some extra money and nothing else to do with it.

Link to the Dirty Olive version, other colors available as well:

http://shopwilsoncombat.com/Wilson-Combat-G10-Grips-ULTRA-THIN-with-WC-Logo-Dirty-Olive-Beretta-92_96/productinfo/728-FS-UT-DO/

I've never shot a 92 but I've shot a PT92 and my tiny hands have trouble with the chunky factory grips. If I ever get a beater 92 I'll have to look into those grips.
