The Russian Rulers podcast is pretty good. It's chronological and probably sits somewhere between THOR and 12 Byzantine Rulers on the 'objective assessment' to 'biased fanboy' scale. Not that I don't appreciate 12BR but drat that dude loves him some Byzantines.

China History podcast is definitely worth a listen too, although I do tend to get lost a bit and the author obviously resents having to go through every dynasty in order.
