Just had my first exposure to this podcast with Time Bobby Part 1 and 2, I laughed so hard it hurt. Am probably gonna go straight to the latest and work backwards but are there are real classic episodes I should check out?

Yea wasn't a great one. I'm a big fan of Karl Mooney but he was pretty bad this episode. Really didnt seem to have much chemistry with the guys as himself, didn't really go along with Scott on anything and you could tell Scott was trying to involve him at times, his character wasn't great at all either. Whole episode felt a bit rushed.

Each had some moments, but it wasn't great. Paul & Neil were funnier just by reacting. Fran's character could have gone somewhere, I thought they were going to go more into her faking her illnesses or explore the mom making her lie but nope it just kinda stayed one note. Mooney is just probably quite uncomfortable and quiet as a guy unless he's playing a character, he seemed pretty unprepared for the hijinks of the show and when to yes and for someone who obviously knew the concept. Excited about the 500th, sad Andy Daly isnt going to be on it though

Scott was surprisingly on board for the Gemberling insanity this episode Also I really like Ego, her characters are hit and miss but I find her appearances almost always good. Haven't listened to any of the live episodes though. She always makes a good duo with Carl Tart too, the "solid as a rock" episode was great. That might be the first disappointing Carl Tart appearance, still it's a drat good record. I can't wait till they're back to doing it all in a studio again, it's missing that spark I think.

Plus I imagine comedians just end up sometimes doing different things, I dont really know what he's up to atm but it might just be that he's put the improv to the side to focus on other aspects of comedy. But it's a shame because I really loved him on the podcast.

The dance mom was pretty weird but I will always appreciate a comedian that comes onto CBB with a character that goes pretty dark or trying to push some boundaries as opposed to the kind of cookie cutter characters that usually pop up like wacky business owner or quirky weirdo. Uncomfortable Scott is always fun.
