I really liked Lonesome Road, though not as much as Old World Blues, which I think is the best Fallout DLC for NV or 3 combined.

In order, I thought Old World Blues was best, followed by Lonesome Road, Dead Money, and Honest Hearts pulling up the rear.

I personally thought Honest Hearts was really, REALLY boring...but that could be just me.
